REFUND POLICY
At It's Sugar!, we have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please get in touch with us by email help@its-sugar.com to request a return and provide information on your return request. Once authorised, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure all returns are packaged safely to avoid any damage during transit. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. However we are aware that this isn’t always possible due to the nature of the products, and each return request is evaluated individually.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, contact us help@its-sugar.com Once the return is accepted, we recommend making a separate purchase for the new item to speed up the time it takes for you to get your hands on the item you really want! You can then return your initial order and get a refund. If you aren’t in a hurry, wait for your returned product to reach us and we will then send out your exchange product. Please ensure all returns are packaged safely to avoid any damage during transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at help@its-sugar.com.

● Free gifts or gift-with-purchase items must be returned unused/unopened to process your return. Otherwise, only an exchange or e-gift card will be offered.
