It’s Sugar! Cruelty-Free Commitment Statement

At It’s Sugar!, we believe smooth skin should never come at the cost of animal welfare. That’s why we’re proudly committed to being 100% cruelty-free—from our ingredients to our finished products, and everything in between.

Here’s our official stance:

1. We do not test on animals. Ever.
   We never have, and we never will take part in any testing.  No animal testing on any of our products or ingredients, at any stage of development.
   
   

2. We don’t ask others to test on our behalf.
    That means no labs, no consultants, no sneaky loopholes. If someone tests on animals, they don’t work with us—simple as that.
   

3. We’ve set a fixed cut-off date (FCOD)
    Our FCOD is 1st May 2025. We do not and will not use any ingredient that has been tested on animals after this date.
   

4. We monitor every part of our supply chain.
    Every supplier and ingredient manufacturer we work with must confirm in writing that they meet our cruelty-free standards and respect our FCOD. If they don’t—bye.
   

5. We will not sell in countries that require animal testing.
    If a country’s law demands animal testing for cosmetics, we won’t sell there. Our values come first.
   

6. We welcome audits and full transparency.
    We’re happy to show our receipts. We keep full records of our ingredients, suppliers, and declarations to ensure accountability and transparency.
   

7. We recommit every year.
    Each year, we review and reaffirm our cruelty-free status, because this commitment isn’t a one-time thing—it’s who we are.
